ABOUT THE SITE

To All Delhi Alumni,

Welcome to what is now the DELEHANTY ALUMNI WEB SITE. The basic form of the site is completed, although it will be updated on a regular basis with new members and ideas for future events and improvements.

The objective is to contact and bring together as many Delehanty Alumni as possible. You can help by contacting people that you know and by passing the Web Site address along to others. If we all contribute I am sure we can have a great Alumni Site.

The continuation of the site is based on the success of the All School Reunion, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended and posted messages about what a great event we had. The committee worked hard (for which I am eternally grateful), but it's people that make a party, and on the night of July 21st and the morning of July 22nd Delehanty Alumni shined.

Resources are somewhat limited at the moment, but over the next few months, hopefully an Alumni Committee will be formed and Alumni Contacts for individual years will volunteer. If you are interested in being part of the Alumni Site please E-mail me at dhsween@attglobal.net

A few things to keep in mind:
1) Living in Tokyo I am currently 13 Hours ahead of EDT, so there will always be some delay in posting and responding to E-Mails.
2) I will update the site as frequently as possible, however, Mr. AOL TIME WARNER occasionally demands some of my time (usually Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM). Damn.
3) The Chat Room is available 24 Hours a day, but it will probably be best to post a suggested time for a Chat Session on the Message Board.
4) Suggestions for improvements to the site are welcome so please don't be shy. I will try and accommodate all suggestions.
5) Ultimately the success of the site depends on you. Visit regularly, post messages and announcements (again, please don't be shy), keep in touch with your fellow Alumni and we should have a great site.
