Let's Spend A Night Together All School Reunion Progress - July 8, 2010 The Venue has been booked and the initial payment to guarantee 200 Alumni and guests has been deposited.. Obviously I think we can accomplish that number and there is room for many more attendees. Another progress payment is due at the end of July. So, time has come to make your payments. As with the previous reunion, there is an Early Bird Special. Make your payment before July 30th, and your name will be entered into a raffle for the entire event. Dinner on the 18th, Brunch on the 19th and hotel room if you are staying overnight. The dinner is $85.00 which considering in 2001 it was $75.00 I believe is reasonable. Starting with a cocktail hour, it is a five (5) hour party, full open bar, buffet dinner including two (2) salads, three (3) entrees with vegetables and potatoes, assorted cakes and cookies for desert with coffee, tea and assorted sodas. The Brunch is $30.00, which is from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. This was a huge success in 2001 so you should seriously consider attending. The group rate for rooms this year is $119.00 a great rate. There is a direct link on the Reunion Home Page to book tour rooms. Please make sure you do so early. We currently have 25 rooms on hold. To make this a great success we need your support, so please reply early with your payment. Additionally, we need more names. If everyone finds just 1 additional classmate our numbers can double. So check your yearbooks and call your friends and relatives, and let them know about this great event. You can see who is planning to attend on the Reunion Summary page. Full payment must be made no later then September 15, 2010, at which time total number of attendees must be given to the hotel. Checks should be made payable to "Donald Sweeney" and sent to (note Reunion in the memo field on your check)
