looking at the photo of the building has brought back memories, some good and some not so good. John Mack hit it right on the head. Some of us had to travel long distances to school. Some of us also had to work after school to pay for going to Delehanty. I always promised my self that my children would never have to. Thank god I was at least that successful, eight kids were able to have a positive and social school life that seems to have had a positive effect on their lives.
Looking at the front door sents chills down my back. Remember the looks we got when we were late and had to get a pass. I don't remember the lady's name, but she looked like the meanest person in the world when you walked in to get your late pass. anyone but me remember her? I reember what she looked like but not her name.
