Oh yeah -- the boat ride is probably one of my fondest memories.
I don't know that the park is still there, but I think it might be.
I remember getting to the dock early -- I left home in the dark for that trip. I remember the roller coaster. I kinda remember an arcade there, but that's fuzzy.
The subway at w 4th street -- finding an open entrance going home. That seemed like a challenge for some reason.
I also remember seeing my cousin each year. She went to Stella Marris (sp?) and they shared the boat with us.
That was a great trip -- somewhat raucus at times, but it left an impression as one of my favorite memories.
